Heavenly stuff. Truly, it is. The lemon note is forward on the palate, with both sweet and sour hints well in place. The oil is top notch. Makes an incredible vinaigrette, is wonderful on a cold pasta salad, and a drizzle on tomato gazpacho is out of this world. Well worth the cost.

I have cooked multiple dishes with Calolea's olive oils (tonight it will be the lemon oil, sauteed with halibut, thyme and shallots). Really, these olive oils are a life-changing event for me. Never knew how much flavor there is in a top quality oil–I thought oil was oil. Wow!
The strawberry balsamic vinegar is the best! We love it. You can always find raspberry balsamic, but strawberry has been harder to find. Calolea makes an amazing product, and their olive oil is wonderful.

Yummy! This lemon olive oil is so good and I love putting on asparagus... It tastes great on pretty much everything and I can't wait to use it on Artichokes!
I just picked up a bottle of your blood orange olive oil today at the Farmer’s Market in Newark. It was so delicious, so I decided I had to cook with it immediately. I used it to make pizza dough, so it was in the dough and I also brushed it on top of the dough before piling on toppings. It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Oh my gosh, AMAZING! I can’t wait to experiment more with this delicious olive oil!
First let me start by saying…your garlic olive oil is AMAZING……..OMG it is so good….I have used it in so many dishes… when grilling…coat the steaks then add spices... yum… and on pastas…. you cannot go wrong whenever you use this product.
Last summer, my 5 year-old grandson came to live with me. His hair was like straw and his skin was rough and scaly. The only soap and shampoo I had in the house was Calolea. Lemony goodness! This is THE BEST Meyer Lemon olive oil ever in creation! OK, maybe a slight exaggeration... but I want to drink it out of the bottle, add a little sugar and call it dessert. Well worth the price. A little bit goes a long way. Yum!
OK, spoiled even more!!! We picked up our mail and the olive oil and balsamic were there. Last year you got us hooked on the balsamic and now we can't do brussel sprouts or broccoli without it. Of course mixing it with olive oil and dipping bread in it is fantastic, but my growing belly says stick with the sprouts. Really a surprise to find the bars of soap in the package. I didn't know they even sold soap. Really anxious to try it.
We were in the Castro District of San Francisco over Easter and fell upon the market there. I must admit that day was a wee torturous in that we tasted the combo of lemon oil and white balsamic– I could drink it by the glass!
