Michael makes an amazing pasta sauce using garlic olive oil, fresh tomatoes and black olives for a delicious vegetarian style entree. If you would like to add some protein such as chicken or shrimp are good choices. You can blacken, poach or bake the chicken or shrimp and finish the dish just like that. Of course, crusty bread with parmesan cheese will complete this meal perfectly!!

Another customer favorite is asparagus with minced garlic and a generous amount of garlic olive oil sautéd until perfectly tender. The asparagus has so much flavor and will accompany any grain, pasta or protein that you choose to serve with it. This is a simple way to cook any of your favorite vegetables. Another way to enjoy your vegetables is to bake them in the oven at 350 degrees. Use lots of onions and garlic olive oil, bake until vegetables are carmelized to perfection. Making a generous amount of vegetables for leftovers is a time saver and you can top a salad, baked potato or make a sandwich wrap with them for lunch on the run.

A favorite in our household is Fried Rice, this is a great way to use what is in your refrigerator. Use day old rice as it cooks much better than fresh rice. Choose many kinds of vegetables, such as carrots, celery, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and bell peppers. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, scrambled eggs and saute all ingredients in garlic olive oil, top with green onions. This recipe takes about 15 minutes to prepare and it is delicious. This beautiful dish makes a lovely presentation on your table. You can bring as a special treat to a friend, a private gathering or just to eat at home.
