Pesto
- 4 bunches of Basil
- 16 oz (500 ML) CALOLEA OLIVE OIL
- 3/4 lb. Walnuts
- 3 cups Parmesan
- 2 Tbls. Salt
- 2 Tbls. White Pepper
- Juice of 3 Large Lemons
Blend in Cuisinart
Variation: for any garlic lovers, try it with our Garlic Olive Oil instead!
